    Personalized one-on-one sessions designed to support post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, injury prevention, and building functional movement. Sessions focus on restoring efficient, confident movement patterns that translate to daily life, work, and physical activity.

    These sessions are ideal for clients transitioning after physical therapy, rebuilding movement capacity following injury, or proactively strengthening how their body moves to reduce future injury risk.

  • Duet Session

    This in-person session is designed for you and a friend or partner of your choice. Using Pilates Reformers along with a variety of props, each session is thoughtfully structured to challenge you while remaining fully personalized.

    Although the session is shared, individualized attention is given to each person, ensuring specific needs, goals, and movement patterns are addressed. Sessions are rooted in classical Pilates exercises and adapted to provide a dynamic, supportive, and engaging experience.

  • Virtual Session

    In a virtual session, Vanessa combines Pilates exercises with somatic movement to create a thoughtful, full-body experience. Each session focuses on enhancing mobility, encouraging deeper engagement, and supporting overall body awareness.

    Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, with attention given to alignment, balance, strength, and functional mobility. This approach allows you to move with greater ease and intention, wherever you are.
