What is Pilates?

Pilates (puh-laa-teez) is a concentrated form of exercise created by Joseph Pilates that utilizes equipment and props to create a full body workout. Pilates formerly known as Contrology, focuses on functional movement that is low impact and good for all body types.

At V Pilates we offer on one on one, and duets sessions in person. All sessions are taught with Vanessa who is the founder of V Pilates.
